Hi, I’m Charlotte. I’m a children’s therapist in Devon, supporting children and young people with anxiety, school avoidance, phobias, emotional regulation and confidence.
My work combines cognitive behavioural techniques, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and practical emotional wellbeing tools.
I’m passionate about supporting the mental health of children, teens, and young adults — because I know how hard it can be to access help when it’s really needed. With so many young people waiting months (or longer) for support, I created Mind Matters Therapy to offer a safe, timely, and compassionate space for children and young adults.
Using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapeutic tools, I help young people make sense of difficult feelings, manage unhelpful thoughts, and build emotional resilience. My approach is warm, person-centred, and always led by the needs of the individual.
Because every mind matters — and every young person deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood.
