How I Can Help

I work with adults of all ages, but I specialise in supporting people who are living with:

  • Chronic pain — helping your body and mind find relief so you can move, rest and enjoy life more comfortably.

  • Loneliness — gently rebuilding connection, confidence and self-worth so you can feel more at ease in your own company and around others.

  • Anxiety, habits and phobias — easing the mind’s grip on unhelpful patterns and replacing them with calm, steady control.

Each session is relaxed, confidential and tailored to you — no jargon, no rush.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) blends two well-researched approaches that work beautifully together.

  • Hypnotherapy is the cement — a calm, focused state that helps those new patterns truly sink in and take hold.
